Our chef Geert Burema is closely involved with Slow Food and the Youth Food Movement. He is the initiator of the Slow Food Chefs Alliance in the Netherlands.

Chefs of the Alliance want to introduce their guests to Good, Pure and Fair food: dishes with authentic, sustainable produced, regional and seasonal quality products.
